My name is Erica Nast, founder of Brunch Therapy. For more than 20 years, I've built my career in hospitality, bartending, customer service, and front of house management. Throughout that journey, I learned that the best experiences aren't just about great food or great drinks, they're about making people feel welcomed, valued, and connected. Recovery changed the way I look at hospitality. I saw how many people wanted places to gather, celebrate, and enjoy life without alcohol being the center of the experience. That realization inspired Brunch Therapy. Brunch Therapy is more than a food truck. It's a recovery centered hospitality brand built around elevated brunch, handcrafted mocktails, and meaningful experiences that bring people together. Our mission is to create welcoming spaces where everyone feels included while helping redefine what sober socializing can look like. My vision extends beyond serving great food and mocktails. I want to build a scalable business that creates opportunities for people rebuilding their lives, offers recovery friendly employment, and becomes a recognizable brand known for community, second chances, and genuine connection. At its heart, Brunch Therapy is about creating hope, building community, and proving that some of life's best moments don't need alcohol.
